Ultimate LLC is Hiring a HR Coordinator $50K-$55K (Paylocity exp. required) Near Bloomington, MN

Job Description

Additional Info:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
  • Location: primarily in office in Bloomington
  • Type: open to temp to hire and direct hire
  • Pay: $50K-$55K depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all employee life-cycle changes within Paylocity
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees
  • Manage new hire orientation and serve as the main point of contact for all new employees
  • Oversee the benefits program - assist with enrollment
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the HR department
  • Create documentation for interviews, new hire orientation, benefits, and new employee files
  • Complete employment verifications
  • Pulling various reports

Requirements:

  • Experience with Paylocity - required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6 months of human resources and/or administrative experience with a strong desire to work in Human Resources
  • Effective communicator - written, oral and non-verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
